General

Bronkhorst High-Tech designed the CORI-FLOW^® series mass flow meter / mass flow controller to provide high accuracy (up to ±0,1 % FS plus ±0,2% of Reading). CORI-FLOW^® utilizes a patented, advanced Coriolis type direct mass flow sensor to achieve unsurpassed performance, even with changing operation conditions in pressure, temperature, density, conductivity and viscosity. Control valves can either be close-coupled, to measure and control mass flow ranges from:

     lowest range 20...200 g/h
     up to highest range 6...600 kg/h

The control valve design distinguishes itself from competitive designs in its truly modular construction and it can be field replaced or changed by the user without any adjustment. The standard valve is normally closed and is available up to Kv-values of 1.5. Normally opened valves can also be supplied.
For control applications that cannot be solved with Bronkhorst control valves, e.g. for too high flows or too high pressure differences, the integrated PID controller of the CORI-FLOW Mass Flow Meter can be used to establish a control loop with a servo driven valve from another supplier.

"Multibus" Digital Mass Flow Meters/Controllers

A CORI-FLOW^® Mass Flow Meter / Mass Flow Controller is offered with analog and digital communication, RS-232 with Profibus-DP, Devicenet, Modbus or FLOW-BUS. More information about digital "multibus" communication.
